Meet the Man Behind the Mural: Dr. Miles Crowley
Let’s give a big shoutout to Dr. Miles Crowley, the genius behind our new mural. Hailing from Pittsburg, Kansas, Miles is not only a talented artist but also a dedicated physician at the University of Kansas Health System. He’s a superhero in a lab coat, spending part of his time at the Gender Diversity Healthcare Clinic, helping non-binary and trans folks navigate their transitions.
When he’s not busy saving lives, Miles is teaching the next generation of doctors to think beyond the textbooks and truly advocate for their patients. And let’s not forget his work with JAYDOC, a free health clinic providing essential services to the uninsured and underinsured. Talk about a guy who’s got his plate full!
